Operator Factual Corrections

Operators who identify factual errors in data presented about their vessels, capacity, or expedition programme are invited to submit corrections with supporting documentation. Please include:

  • The specific data point that requires correction
  • The correct value and its source (official specifications, IAATO records, or published itinerary materials)
  • Your name, role, and operator name
Scope of corrections: We accept corrections to factual operational data — vessel capacity, IAATO membership dates, activity availability. We do not accept requests to alter ranking positions, editorial descriptions, or comparative assessments. These are editorial determinations and are not subject to operator input.

Media and Research Requests

Journalists, researchers, and academics researching Antarctic tourism, polar expedition cruising, or IAATO regulations are welcome to contact us for background information. We are not able to provide individual operator introductions or act as booking intermediaries.

Response Times

Editorial enquiries and correction requests: within 5 business days.

Verified factual corrections are applied to the site within 14 days of verification.
